Thank You, Merci, Danke, Gracias to all the folks who came out to the sugarhouse on Maple Weekend.  It was just terrific having the chance to share our love for sugaring with so many people again.  Lots of familiar faces and more than a few new ones enjoyed the days listening to Brian explaining the ins and outs of the sugaring process, enjoying the sweet maple smell coming off the evaporator and then visiting the store for some fresh maple syrup and yummy maple treats to take home.  You all make this a pleasure for us year after year.

Our love and thanks to our family too –  Megan, Tyler, Simon and Molly for helping out and making things go so smoothly.

Best wishes to All!

Open Maple Weekend 10am to 4pm

Both days we’ll have ongoing tours in the sugarhouse to explain the complete sugaring process.  Check out the Maple Trivia Leafs on the wall to test your maple knowledge.  We have a short trail to follow too if you want to take a stroll and see the buckets on the trees nearby.

There will be lots of 2022 maple syrup on hand to purchase as well as all the other great products we have to offer.  Check out our Products page to see a full list with prices.

Please do not : park on the hill beyond our driveway or the opposite side of the street from us so that local traffic can travel safely on Candia Rd.  Street parking on Sheepwash Drive, a brief walk from us, is another option.

Our apologies, but due to Covid 19 we are not doing samples this year.

This week was cold and not good for sap flow but we were busy making some of our other maple confections.  The kitchen smelled wonderful this week while we made fresh batches of maple cream and maple taffy too.  We’ve had folks looking for those maple cream cones for weeks and it’s been a challenge to get the cones.  Like everything else that has supply chain issues, the cones were backordered in Canada.  But we found some sugar cones to replace the cake cones and we’ll have them for sale this weekend.  Along with these, we packaged up more of our Grade A Amber maple syrup from last week so we have plenty on hand.
