The season continues to progress with up and down weather patters.  At least we get some cold as part of those changes.  The receding snow has made it a bit easier to get to the trees luckily.  But it’d be nice to have this cooler weather last another week or two.

MAPLE WEEKEND is next weekend and we’ll be open only Saturday March 21st from 10am to 4pm.  Tours about the sugaring process ongoing all day and samples to taste for those who visit.
