Gosh and golly. We have had a great couple weeks for sap which means lots of syrup too. Brian has been collecting and boiling all week so far. Talking with another producer today we have both made more Light Amber syrup this year than anytime before. And we are still making Medium Amber. Hope everyone else is enjoying the good conditions. We’ll be open and boiling this weekend 12-5pm on Saturday and Sunday. Don’t forget to set your clocks ahead.
