This weekend was a bit of fun having some sugar-on-snow for folks who dropped in. It’s always great to hear those childhood reminiscences from folks who remember having it themselves as kids and then being able to share it with a new generation. The weather is just what we need to get things loosened up for sap to start running at last. But we still need another day or so for it to really break free from the freeze. Wednesday looks like the optimal day. Lets hope so.
